These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 3win ("Platform", "we", or "the Company"). • After 18 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 may be charged against the account balance if a balance remains
• If the account balance is insufficient to cover the maintenance fee, the account will be reduced to RM 0 and will not be debited further
• To reactivate an account, members simply need to log in and make a minimum deposit of RM 20
• Any fees that have already been deducted will not be refunded upon account reactivation

3win reserves the right to suspend or close any account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Multiple account ownership or registration using a false identity
• Exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, odds errors, or bonus system abuse
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards our support team or other members

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Once the closure request has been processed, any valid balance will be returned to the member within 5 business days upon completion of the review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3win shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance or upgrades
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Technical failures on the part of your internet service provider or device

Maximum liability 3win under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
